Sounds like it was pretty quick.
I’m not sure. My sister said he had one the day before he was found unresponsive in his hospital bed. A CAT scan of his heart showed that there was a tumor in there, probably releasing little bits causing him mini-strokes. He was on a vent for a week, then taken off of it and passed about a day and a half later.
