People who promote White Guilt are either con artists or mental defectives who don't have a cult to join but have all the symptoms of a cult follower.

Someone a while back wrote a good book about a first-hand inside look at how the Democrat Party volunteer program is a cult. True to cult members, there are those who push the dogma on others at the behest of the "leader".
