Nomsense, drugs are the fuel, guns are but a tool. Guns never made anyone a crazed killer.
We refer to “drug use” and especially “illegal drug use”. The object of use is tool. The drug does not make the user crazy. The user makes himself crazy by using the drug. A drug lies in an inert state just like a bullet. Both of them require user activation to perform their jobs. Neither of them are capable of doing anything on their own.
