I’m sure Black Lies Matter will be staging a huge riot, with plenty of looting, vandalism, and arson in protest to all the killings.
Just Black Lives That Don’t Matter..
“What person or business in their right mind would look at Chicago and say... I want to live there.”
I think it’s the same with any other problem and how it is being dealt with in our society.
Look at topics like the attack on religion, acceptance of homosexuality, crooked politicians, protesters doing damage (rioters), forced acceptance of racial differences, and the eroding of our first amendment by the legal grounds and lawyers for money. Before the 60’s none of these would have been tolerated. But, in time, the people have been conditioned to compromise and be herded into the corral until they are needed. Some in numerous overlapping corrals and they don’t even know it or investigate it as they think they are happy. Until the next concession comes along and it is no longer a compromise....but a concession of their values. Oh, they’ve already been clobbered into forced change, too. So it is no longer a compromise...it is an unconditional surrender.

Yeah, I’m curious why the white kids don’t take their
blm” protestations into the heart of the Chicago hood?
I mean, come on
Sounds like The City with Broad Shoulders is competing with Cape Town (South Africa) for the title of Most Violent City On The Planet.
Marches won’t change anything fundamental only a sea change in the culture.
The numbers at HeyJackass!
are up to 18 dead and 62 wounded.
“The already reeling Mag Mile was subjected to further indignities last night.
In the absence of fireworks, the community decided to take the Red Line downtown and provide their own entertainment, beating anyone they could find and breaking any newly installed glass they happened upon.
Pretty soon, the businesses are going to stop repairing the glass and leave completely.”

When I was a Beat Cop in the Gold Coast the Citizens told me they loved the Restaurants and Culture ,Add the S-—head to the mix and you should of moved to the North Shore Where your kids can play outside and ride their bikes.”
Sadly, sheltering-in-place is a way of life in the once great Chi-Town. (Same w NY, Baltimore, NJ, East LA, others).
These good peeps live in fear, yet continue to vote for the Dems and their policies that keep them poor and dependent and now without a robust law enforcement presence.
Also notice that the usual gun control activists are silent.
Who pays for the results of this mayhem? Ambulance ride, ER fees? Funerals if dead and more costly long term care if just badly injured?
Never mind....
And where was his dad?
Never mind....
Show that to a protester and they won’t get it.
IQ of 40 on the march.
But that being said; I am sure the families of those who lost loved ones to this non-stop, inner-city street violence will take solace in the fact that a bunch of spoiled white idiots are participating in the aforementioned virtue-signaling exercises before they go back to their suburban enclaves, insulated from all of the violence in the 'hood'.
Why not try for two dozen?
Funeral homes in Chicago must be making a bundle.
Chicago probably passed it before your post.
I’m assuming there have been no witnesses talking to the police.
Interesting. Now my question is, did the women in Rwanda or wherever it was know of this ancient Greek play, or did they think of it themselves?
One of my good friends just moved from Printer’s Row to Lombard - she was a long time downtown resident. Another co-worker moved from the West Loop to Glen Ellyn. Not sure who is moving into to these very expensive condo’s, but I just talked to a construction worker who told me he is working 6-12’s for the rest of the year.
