The black woman is married to a police officer, who was on his way to the scene.
After the pregnant white woman pulled a gun to clear the black woman from her car, the white woman's husband called 911 and the black woman's husband called 911.
It appeared to me the black woman was working hard to provoke a confrontation.
It will be difficult to justify pulling the gun.
Hard to see any justification for charging the husband, who called 911 and did not pull his gun.
Self protection and to stop tyranny are the only two reasons behind the Second Amendment. What was left for these victims to do, stand there and let some outraged black woman follow though on her threats and get their asses whooped? Now they’re being victimized again by a deranged ignorant and obvious libturd DA. They needs to be a massive protest against this DA. Perp walk the scumbag out of the courthouse and out of his/her job!

Yeah, I don’t understand why the black woman didn’t get arrested.
I’m a little torn on this one. At first thought, it seems like she was within her rights with Stand Your Ground in Michigan to level the gun at the troublemaker. On the other hand, I wonder if she would have been charged if she had brought out the weapon and held it in a proper downward position until physically threatened. Until then, she probably shouldn’t have brought the gun to bear on the woman.
I have no idea in hell why the man could possibly be charged with anything.
A good NRA or USCCA attorney could argue a good Stand Your Ground defense, however.

Simple solution:
Michigan is a strong home rule state that allows voters to recall any elected official - for any reason - by signing a recall petition. With this simple fact in mind, this incident will require that conservatives circulate a petition to recall the Nazi Oakland County prosecutor.
This is a very fast process that will remove the Oakland County prosecutor and make her stand for election.
