There are no more Circuit vacancies. All have been filled.

There are about 40 nominees to current District vacancies. I haven’t looked into the total number.

From the Ballotpedia article:

There were 73 vacancies out of 870 active Article III judicial positions,
a total vacancy percentage of 8.4.

• The nine-member U.S. Supreme Court does not have any vacancies.

• None of the 179 U.S. Appeals Court positions are vacant.

• 71 (10.5%) of the 677 U.S. District Court positions are vacant.

• Two (22.2%) of the nine U.S. Court of International Trade positions are vacant.

You can see why the Article III federal judiciary is so important: 677 people in the United States can thwart the President of the United States at will.

A cabal of two judges in the appeals courts [out of 179] can thwart the President of the United States at will.

And a gang of 5 judges in the Supreme Court can thwart the President of the United States.

The Left knew what it was about when it started the stealth takeover of the federal judiciary.
