I consider Cohen a snake and a rat, but going out to diner doesn’t seem so terrible. Was he clearly told that he COULD NOT go out to dinner during parole?

He’s a lawyer...or was at one time it least.So he can’t claim that he didn’t understand *exactly* the details of his restrictions.

He was not paroled. He was on home confinement for fear of CV in prison.

From the article: “Conditions listed on the form also include a provision that says, “I will not leave the area of my furlough without permission, with exception of traveling to the furlough destination, and returning to the institution.”
