I was in DC the day that President Reagan’s caisson was moved to the Capitol. The media was shocked at the outpouring of love by millions of Americans for Reagan by ordinary Americans. Even back then, media insiders didn’t know anyone who voted for him.

The media was shocked at the outpouring of love by millions of Americans for Reagan by ordinary Americans.

I remember seeing the miles of roads in CA with throngs of people on both sides of the road who turned out to pay their respects for Pres. Reagan as the procession passed by.
