No, it’s not tyranny. If you are going to use certain lands you have to help pay for its up keep. Just like those who pay to hunt or fish. It makes more since then taxing people who will never use it.

Um...that’s what they say about a lot if our TAXES...while they give tax money to useless causes, they bump up other taxes and fees.

Colorado state parks already charged a fee to enter the park, and the federal parks charged for various passes. This is discriminatory, as many people don’t hunt or fish, they just want to take pictures—why should they subsidize what is abhorrent to them?
