I could, but I don't want to talk too much about it, as you might guess, it could somehow be used against me. The police officer/prosecutor (both jobs were done by the same person) lied on the warrant affidavits and had no probable cause to arrest me. Lying on arrest warrant about material facts, vitiates all immunities, both prosecutorial and qualified. (See Kalina v. Fletcher, 522 US 118 - Supreme Court 1997)
The trick is proving they lied, and that was no small issue. I went and filed the suit, knowing full well I was innocent, and found the information in emails, and police reports that make it such that statements in the emails and police reports contradicted what she said in the warrant.
