Back in my management days I was given an African American male trainee and he accused me of being racist his very first day.
Called in sick 3 times in a 60 day trial period and HR still would not let me fire him.
Carried that loser on my back for 2 years until he got arrested and spent a week in jail.
Demanded his job back when let out...lol
Have a buddy that had a print job go to the office copier. Some fat AA was in the way and he was in a hurry. Said, “Excuse me” grabbed the pages that were his and left.
Got charged with sexual harassment.
The purpose is to get it on HR that the co-worker or boss is sexist and/or ‘racist’ so they then will be immune from getting fired.
Then if they aren’t hired in the first place they complain about that. ANY test used to see if the possible employee is in any way competent = racist.
