And I really like the video you posted. It's the use of force continuum. It was taught in my criminal justice courses and many (if not most?) police departments have it in their use of force policies. Those on here who are justifying the lady's actions for pulling a weapon need t watch the video you posted.

I really like it when he said this: "We coming to the point as if violence or no violence is the solution. There is a whole myriad of solutions and oftentimes it starts here...inside of us."

There was a myriad of "use of force continuums" the lady should have used to protect herself from the angry lady and from prosecution. She chose poorly.
