Is it Jeanie or Janey or do I have you confused with some one else? None the less, thank you for responding.

When I first came on here I and a number of others though that if the United States died, it would die in a blaze of Glory. Now evidence has demonstrated that when the United States dies it will be with a whimper. None other than John Adams stated[wrote]".........Our Constitution was made for a moral, and religious People" John Adams also wrote: "We [the Nation mine] will be Governed by the Bible or the bayonet.&quo The evidence has clearly shown we, as a Nation, clearly prefer the bayonet. And last but not least, Benjamin Franklin wrote: "Only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become more corrupt they have more need of masters." But if one leader, with authority, broke the bonds of slavery, the people would follow.[That one was yours] And a good one and true] The reason that leader does not break the bonds of slavery is that leader hopes to be a Master of the slaves in the future.

Bow to the new King instead. Turn in the direction of the capital and bow instead of singing. The pastor has...

“Activities such as singing and chanting negate the risk reduction achieved through six feet of physical distancing,” the state said in its new guidelines.

Really?

Then close gyms as well

Every time I see a picture of this governor I think of the assistant vice principal from the Breakfast Club. All he needs is a polyester checkboard sportscoat to complete the image.

We have pews around the choir roped off. And the congregation can sing only if they are wearing a mask.

Welcome to Oregon where Governor Katie Brown is trying to run the churches.

Barr orders legal action against governors whose COVID-19 actions infringe on civil rights

By Jeff Mordock - The Washington Times - Monday, April 27, 2020

Attorney General William P. Barr on Monday ordered federal prosecutors across the country to consider legal action against governors if their efforts to stop the spread of the new coronavirus infringe on Americans’ civil rights.

In a two-page memo, Mr. Barr directed all U.S. attorneys to “be on the lookout” for local and state directives that could violate religious, free speech or economic rights under the Constitution.

“If a state or local ordinance crosses the line from an appropriate exercise of authority to stop the spread of COVID-19 into an overbearing infringement of constitutional and statutory protections, the Department of Justice may have an obligation to address that overreach in federal court,” Mr. Barr wrote in a memo to the 93 U.S. attorneys.

Our intrepid Attorney General wouldn’t notice a crime if it was committed under his very nose.
