Two of the biggest news stories on Thursday were the strong jobs report and the stunning arrest of Jeffrey Epstein confidant Ghislaine Maxwell, but if viewers watched CNN's primetime, they would have no idea either of them took place.
The latest jobs report showed that 4.8 million jobs were added to the U.S. economy in June, bringing the unemployment rate to 11.1 percent. Shortly after the report was released, news broke that Maxwell was arrested on multiple sex-abuse charges, including conspiracy to entice minors to engage in sexual acts.
While the liberal network covered both news items throughout the day, the stories were noticeably absent during the network's primetime programming between the 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. Instead, the channel mainly focused on the coronavirus outbreak.

I think her somewhat sexy name engorged glisSlick’s willie.
...
CNN is obviously irrelevant. The Joker Network is more like it.
Added “7.3 million jobs in the past two months” (White House)!
Yeah!
Hope she cops a plea deal and rats out on Bill Clinton, who frolicked with teen girls on Epstein’s island and plane. Might knock a few years off her life sentence.

The head of the Corona News Network, you know, the guy with the weird head, is probably up to his neck in Epstein’s depravity
I read somewhere they may lock her up in Epstein’s jail. Won’t surprise me since the FBI (Hillary’s mob) arrested her.
Ghislaine did not kill herself ... yet.
Hillary’s on the phone
The guys in the C-Suite offices were too busy having heart attacks to update the news feed?
My jaw dropped during the press release. Along with inviting victims to come forward, regardless of how long ago they were abused, they invited Prince Andrew to come forward.
Does an advertiser on CNN, during the prime hours of 8 to 11 PM CDT pay the same for ads that one does on Fox News during the same hours? The Fox shows are pulling about 4 million viewers while CNN is struggling to reach 2 million. If not, then it must be safe to assume that CNN is selling its Atlanta headquarters building because they have a case of the financial shorts. Warner Bros. has to be having difficulty supporting losers such as DirectTV, CNN and others.
I can understand CNN downplaying good economic news because of political partisanship.
But Ghislane’s arrest is so juicy, I don’t understand why they’d want to bury it. I’d expect the downplaying to come when and if she names names.
