My God, you all are just plain stupid. The CSA was not going to conquer the North. That was never the CSA's intention to do so. They wanted independence. A southern victory would mean a totally independent nation with statues of their war heroes and it would be about the same statue wise as it is now. Free Republic is losing IQ points daily.
