Bradford’s not all that far from Dartmouth. You’d think she’d be closer to the Canadian border to a quick escape, if need be.
If you’re of the mind that the now-former US Attorney Berman was shielding her, perhaps things happened much faster after he was gone than she anticipated?
She certainly knew she was being investigated. Her lawyers were in contact with the feds.
It’s not true that she was a fugitive from the law. The indictment is dated 6/29 and signed by Berman’s replacement. I also think the timing just caught her off guard.
She was hiding from media harassment.
