Same as those crotch rocket idiots in Manhattan several years ago that owned the expressway and chased down anyone naive enough to go that way.
Even saw one on the Woodrow Wilson bridge this morning. Came through the jam doing about 100 MPH, engine screaming like a blender about to die.

Yep, chased the SUV down, smashed out the window and drug the driver out to beat on him.
The ringleader of the motorcycle “group” was an off duty policeman who was also the one who broke the window and dragged out the driver.
