I think both Alito and Thomas will come up in early spring 2021, and just say by July, they retire....it’ll be timed to the end of the normal hearing year for them. RBG and Breyer will try to hold until the very end of 2024.
I wouldn't be surprised by this. From what I understand, Thomas has been making noises about this as well. Selfishly, I want Thomas to stay long enough to be able to author a strong 2nd Amendment case.
