Vermont is dumb!!!!! In Florida, we have a separate day for yard debris pick up. Table scraps go into garbage not recycling. They are idiots up there. Of course, a garbage disposal can do the trick too. But to put it in recycling??? Dumb.
I have a disposal. And am on septic. Our septic guy recommends NOT to use the disposal.
There is no way Vermonters, are going to abide with this ruling.
Authorities said, they are not going to go through peoples trash to see if they are complying.
It’s just like the helmet in law in CT, kids under 18 must wear one; yet there is no fine, or punishment if the law is broken. Most you would get is a scolding. Thas all.
