Biden, who has been stuck at his Wilmington home during the pandemic, also took questions from reporters for the first time in months after the Trump campaign accused him of hiding.
But the gaffe-prone former lawmaker lashed out when one reporter mentioned his own mental deterioration at age 65 and asked Biden if he had been tested for cognitive decline.
“You’re a lying dog face,” Biden said, apparently irritated that the reporter kept asking questions as he tried to leave the event, before adding that he was “constantly tested.”
“All you gotta do is watch me and I can hardly wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man I’m running against,” he said.

If elected, he will not serve 4 years. He knows it, the media knows it. They’re licking their chops at having someone like Kamelia being in unelected President.
Joe forgets, the statement is “lying dog faced pony soldier”. He abbreviated that statement of frustration he uses.
The focus of any debate with Biden should be to get him to lose his temper. Research should be done on what sets him off and what and when to say it.
He is not likable for good reason and he will demonstrate it without a doubt when he loses his temper.
His gaffes will come on unpracticed responses and so making sure he is unaware of questions ahead of time is important.
Driving down his likability is a must.
Nothing should be off the table. They will try and intimidate Trump to avoid past indiscretions. But everyone is aware of Trumps baggage and they can’t be trusted to not go there. Trump just needs to have a good response to it. And then fully define and label Biden the pervert he is so Trump looks like a boy scout.
Also Trump should not make excuses for the present economy but rather remind people to be thankful he produced the fat years before the crisis to help absorb the situation. And that even still the economy is in better shape than the Obama years.
True. This time more than ever, I hope people pay attention to the fact that they are electing a vice president, who could become president at any time. Sometimes people ignore running mates when voting.
One way to look at it, if you vote for Joe, you are voting for Kamala/Stacy/Elizabeth to be president. Think of it that way. I hope the moderate/swing voters who will decide this election, look at it in those terms.
