Presumptive Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden said during a press conference on Tuesday that he is “constantly tested” when asked by a reporter if he has been screened for cognitive decline.
Some have speculated that you are subject to some degree of cognitive decline,” the reporter said. “I’m 65, I don’t have word recollection that I used to have, I forgot my train of thought from time to time. You got 12 years on me, sir.”
To be “constantly tested” it would seem he has shown decline and they need to keep measurement of how much.
Joe Biden is being tested constantly because he suffers from mental decline.
I remember when my sister was 56 and had her take that animals test with all the other items and she only scored 14 out of 30...She was a salutatorian in 8th grade and earned a masters degree before marrying a militariy man and raising 4 kids. She was later diagnosed 2 years later in stage 5 of Dementia...There are 7 stages...today she is 63 years old and in her 7th stage, cannot feed herself, does not speak in responsive ways, and wears depends. I heard her once say “well, you know the thing, the thing” JUST LIKE I HEARD JOE BIDEN say that same phrase...Sad, really, that the Democrat party doesn’t care enough about the life of its own candidate. There is no way they should be putting him through the gruelling race of a Presidential election....
Who was the reporter who was brave enough to ask that question?

Actually it was a Fox reporter and it got called a lying dog face. I think his question was shouted out at the end of the “presser” and was the only question NOT scripted.
