I don't believe that Biden will be the dems candidate in November. Before the debates he will withdraw due to "health issues"....not entirely untrue.

Would that mean that Bernie would be "IT" ?

I do not think he will do the debates. They will blame it on Covid-19 as being to dangerous to have debates.
