It’s no accident that our states are called such, as opposed to “provinces” like in Canada or other similar terms. “State” typically means “nation” (or sometimes the government as opposed to the people).
It was the beginning of a more perfect Nation. Slavery is evil and the belief that blacks were subhumans also needed to be expunged. The pendulum has swung too far left and now the equal protection under the law admendent is not only obsolete, it is being used by the enemies of liberty to destroy liberty. The 14th admendent needs to be repealed.
It’s stupid and absurd but more, it underscores how the media have no interest in doing their actual job. How does a question like that contribute to reporting news?
