I don’t think that LTG Flynn ever had a gag order and he certainly does not have one. In this article, he doesn’t mention his case, but he could. It looks like Sidney Powell has unleased the hounds and the quarry ought to be shaking in their boots. She wouldn’t have done this unless she knows what is going to happen with the Writ of Mandamus. My guess is that she knows that there won’t be a request of an en banc hearing or if one shows up at the last minute, there aren’t enough votes on the Court to order an en banc hearing. The court must either order a hearing or issue the writ to Judge Sullivan before July 4, so we should know this week. If Judge Sullivan receives the writ, he will dismiss the case by the next day.
