The US Postal Service has no way to preserve chain-of-custody of the mailed in ballots if there is not way to verify the intended voter actually received the ballot by request. Mass mailings of ballots to last known address of every voter who may or may not have participated in actual marking of the ballot addressed to him or her is an open invitation to have somebody else snatch the cookie off the plate.
Ballot harvesting, by its very nature, CANNOT preserve the very necessary chain-of-custody of the so-called “harvested” ballot.

As I see happening is bitch, whine, and moan. The fraudulent results will just be accepted, and the DEMs will steal their way into history this Election Day. Democrats think they have the right to commit election fraud because they sometimes lose elections.
This was a practice run with no real stakes at risk. This was a primary, so Democrats were going to win no matter what. However, someone screwed up because it was discovered. The Democrats need to fix this before the General Election and they will. Moreover, the fixes will be put in place nationwide. Massive voter fraud is coming to your neighborhood, your county, and your state. You may wake up on the morning after Election Day to discover that the United States no long exists.
