Another justice will flip to the dark side since Roberts voted to uphold a similar law in Texas in 2016 when there were 5 votes to throw it out.
It won’t be Alito or Thomas.
The banking and business forces are socially liberal and will not tolerate any deviations. Another Republican pick will have to follow Roberts lead.
Yes it will be Gorsuch or Kavanaugh or the new justice selected by a re-elected Donald Trump.
