Didn’t the Surgeon General say masks don’t really help, and can do more harm than good?
Yep..and then Fauci came out and said “we lied..because we didn’t want people buying up the PPE we needed”.
Masks WORK to reduce spread. Hong Kong (literally on the doorstep of China with tons of Chinese tourists) and super heavy density of people, lots of mass transit, etc has SEVEN deaths to date.
We (US) have 200K+ deaths to date - and are a LOT less densely populated than Hong Kong.
HK wears masks everywhere they go. We whine and fight about masks.
The net is obvious to even the most rabid partisan. My mask protects YOU. Your mask protects ME. But, let’s just keep whining about masks until our economy crashes to Great Depression 2.0 levels. Just don’t check your 401K balance. Yeah, that might be...bad.
We’re not Hong Kong. Mandatory masking and scaring the heck out of everybody is the surest way to defeat POTUS in November. Chicom Flu hobbyists have never accepted responsibility for the economic carnage they have wrought to this country and following their advice on masks is a fools errand.
Gov. Inslee isn’t an IDIOT who the hell would listen to him!! Washington is a disaster area businesses are fleeing BOTH the surgeon General and THEIR HERO Fauci said masks did more harm than good which I STILL believe!!
