We have been wearing masks for quite a while now, yet we have supposed big spikes going on. Maybe the masks make it worse. I, for one, am constantly touching and adjusting my mask, whereas before, I kept my hands off of my face.
And we wore no masks when this all kicked off. And why was that? Because they were all made in china and unavailable, of course! Now near six much later we must all mask up or the world is going to end? Nonsense.
When this started our hospitals did not even have close to enough PPE. I heard one story from a tech who bear hugged Covid patients without any more protection than a surgical mask to position them for procedures. Surprisingly, they didn’t get contract Covid from such close contact. Obviously, this thing is not as contagious as the Chicom flu terrorists would have us believe.
The spikes are from lots of things, protests, bars, social gatherings. Some masks, but most without. There are few masks in rural Virginia. I doubt they are wearing masks in AZ or FL where the spikes are.
