Guy moves into HOA with agreed to flag rules in place and signs off on them. Later decides he's special and flies the [insert flag nomenclature here] flag anyway - HOA says it's against the rules he, and everyone else, agreed to.
I forgot the part where half of FR - the moronic half which doesn't understand property rights - just blames the HOA anyway.
Why would ANYONE buy a home with an HOA?. The Geico commercial cracks me up but it is SO TRUE!!
“How many times should we do this?”
1.2 thousands of times 15. It’s a contract to live in a place you call home, just like a mortgage is. Abide by the contract or leave. They don’t want you there anyway.
I don’t blame the HOA’s; if you sign a contract to behave / maintain your property in a certain way I expect people to live up to their signed contracts.
My nearest neighbor is 2 miles away (I live in the real boondocks), I don’t bother him/he doesn’t bother me.
Personally I would never buy into an HOA area, but I understand the people who do.
