She is also genuinely insane. Exhibit A would be the demented rant about putting people in jail for having parties, literally screaming about how she will turn them all into criminals.
It made me sorry that injectable Thorazine is out of vogue.
The punchline is that people had more gatherings than usual that weekend, in full public view.
