A new big talking point of the day by the liberals is that Putin promised Taliban soldiers money for every American soldier they killed in Afghanistan.

First of all, where did this come from? They say it is an Inteligence report but it’s the first I’ve heard of.

But they asked Trump about it and he said he never heard of such a thing. They’re all shocked, SHOCKED I tell you, that Trump didn’t ask Putin about this, indeed he never heard this.

Does anyone remember when the US supplied weapons (including Stinger missiles) and intelligence to the Afghan rebels to defeat (read kill) the Soviets? Everything was run from Peshawar. We experienced some blowback as the Islamic fighters in Afghanistan became AQ.

Whether the Russians were offering bounties or not, I find it rather naive to think the Russians aren't helping our enemies. We offered rewards to get OBL and many other radical Islamists.
