It’s interesting you say that. The Dems have been so hysterical about Trump attempting to change the date of the election, that I’m now certain that their voter fraud scheme needs the election to be held on November 3rd in order to work.
It would be possible to gimmick the machines that count the votes with coding that only activates on a certain date. During test runs and audits, the counts would pass all tests. During the election day, the counts would be automatically adjusted so the totals match, but the Democrats always win.
No need to tamper with the seals on the machines during the election. They would come already tampered.
Maybe that is why the election needs to be held on November 3.
