Republicans need to start framing their arguments as the Democrats do. Whatever the topic is, it’s already been settled in their favor. It’s simply now time to decide what to do about it.
For example:
“This body is already well aware that President Obama was behind this unprecedented effort to undermine his successor’s Presidency. That is by now established fact. It needs no more testimony or argument. We now must turn our attention to the role Vice President Biden played in the conspiracy, and what the appropriate penalties should be for both men.”
