Because that's part of their anarchy-tyranny. As you also saw, many law abiding people were arrested for defending their propery, defending public property, trying to drive out of a dangerous situation etc. The elite would like to throw law abiding people in jail (e.g. a lawful gun owner like me) and let thugs roam free with their weapons including guns.

The desire for anarchy-tyranny (see decades of writing by Sam Francis) is very real. The effectiveness of wearing a mask is real as well. One has nothing to do with the other. If you think it does, then you are rationalizing.

I will say this. If you want to wear a mask based on some bogus scientific reasoning by a politician like Inslee or Fuaci, who has gone back and forth on whether to wear on or not, that's fine.

But to criticize others as "rationalizing" because they don't think it's necessary is arrogant. I have just as much right to an opinion based on rationale as you do on what basis I don't know. You don't give any evidence that they are effective.

There are many doctors who say wearing a mask is not good for you. What about them? The OSHA regulations dictate the oxygen intake for masks and no one is checking that out. Many people cannot wear mask because of COPD, asthma, or sicknesses like bronchitis or pneumonia.

If all people don't wear a mask then they are useless. I have never worn a mask since this started. I live on a 30 acre cattle farm and they seem pointless. I walk for 45 minutes every morning on the highway shoulder in front of my farm and have literally had people like you stop and tell me the county requires masks. Really? Busy bodies. Nothing worse than a know it all.
