Some 23,000 dead registered voters could receive mail-in ballots to vote in the upcoming 2020 presidential election due to a new law by Gov. Gavin Newsom (D), a court brief alleges.
This month, Newsom signed legislation that will send a mail-in ballot, solicited and unsolicited, to all registered voters in the state of California. The law will also allow county officials to count ballots that are received within 17 days of the election.
A court brief filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) alleges that thousands of dead registered voters could end up receiving mail-in ballots because they have not been removed from California’s voter rolls.

So ones like John Wayne, Frank Sinatra, Dinah Shore, Ginger Rogers, Betty Grable, Dean Martin, and other Hollywood Republicans are voting Democrat via mail this time round?
I know that elections are a state issue, but if a state seeks to cheat (as California seems to be doing), wouldn’t it be a violation of someone’s constitutional rights by having their vote diluted?
A year and a half ago, LA County was ordered to purge 1.5 million fraudulent or inactive registrations, in response to a Judicial Watch lawsuit. They haven’t done it and those 1.5 million WILL BE GETTING ACTIVE BALLOTS.
Will ANY JUDGE follow the Law??? MAKE THEM PURGE THEIR FRAUDULENT REGISTRATIONS!! Along with every other County that the Left controls!

Since the dems like to use statistics and unproveable models for all of their other "science", it sounds like the 2020 election should be in question as far as counting California electoral votes.
And because Biden is leading in so many other states already, it's not like he needs California to put him over the top!
If 99 % of a states votes are certifiably invalid but already counted the vote count will stand and afterwards the republicans will shrug and say, “Well, maybe better luck next time.”
I am confident that 46,000 of those dead voters will cast ballots despite that health glitch - all for democrats. The same is true for the 13.8 million status unknown ballots. The fraud from America’s globalist enemies will be epic this year.

All I know is that when my husband passed I went ASAP to the courthouse and had his name removed from the voter registry.

Exactly, and I will instruct my children to be sure to remove my name from voter registry when I’m gone. I’m keeping a little book of “my wishes” to be consulted by my family when in doubt. They already call me “opinionated”.
