By my reckoning, while traveling across the USA. Indiana was was less than 10%, about the same rates as their adjacent states, WV was way less.
Starting Saturday masks are suppose to be mandatory in public in NC, I’ll not be wearing one, but I left this morning, so I can avoid the confrontation over not wearing.
