You go out in the sunshine, the UV rays kill most of them. What's left pretty much dies if the humidity is above 40% and the temperature above 90 degrees (which is most of the time in the South).

Wearing masks outside are more dangerous than not wearing a mask outside.

PS you don’t need to wear a mask outside UNLESS you are in close proximity to others. It’s not that complicated people.
