I have but only because I was traveling and NEEDED gas and after them pump refused my credit cards and I had to go in and pay cash, and the snot behind the counter that was secured like Fort Knox, would not serve me until I put it on.

I’m calling BS. When I went grocery shopping last week maybe 25 or 30 percent were wearing a mask. At the barber shop today, nobody was wearing a mask.

The mask issue is a distraction... we don't need protection, now or before for seasonal viruses.. the difference this year is that covid stats are being manipulated to make things look worse than it really is. Take away the nursing home deaths allowed by blue states when they knowingly let the virus spread to the most vulnerable in nursing homes as to increase the death counts, otherwise without these added deaths , we are seeing just flu numbers... and we all know these “new cases” don't represent anything other than new testing..

Masks then don't mean anything more than wearing them for a flu virus in the past, may or may not have helped, but so what ? We never cared before, we just took our chances and at least we were not forced to dress as muslim property or debate what weave of burka looks best on us,.. just stop.

Without that, a face "covering" is foolish as far as effective protection goes. Even an N95, which the vast majority do not wear, only protects 95% of non aerosolized virus particles for 2/3rd's of the main routes of infection. Virus alone, zero effectiveness because it can not filter out the ~0.2 micron sized virus.

The Euro weenies are beating us on this issue because they didn't politicize the virus to the extent we have.

In California the state is telling the business owner they will lose their business license if they don't enforce this.
The businesses are putting up signs no mask no survive.

In Leon county next door, they have announced that if you don’t wear a mask in public you will be fined. I have to go there today. I have a headband for old bald men that says “Home Depot” on it. I will wear that.

Many of the people I see wearing masks have their noses uncovered. In Wakulla county yesterday none of the white-haired employees at ACE were wearing masks.

Not related, but interesting. The “Gulf Coast” (lumber supply) in Woodville, Wakulla, not only were none of the employees masked but the man driving the forklift looked like he tipped the scales at eighty years+ and there was a guy shuffling around straightening the shelves for them who appeared to be in his nineties. (Just damn! The manager of that place had told me how hard it was to find employees. I am guessing these older guys were either owners or relations or people who had worked their years ago.)
