Any youth that can prove literacy and numeracy should be granted an official high school diploma **regardless of the child’s age***!!!
The SAT, ACT, or GED tests could be used as proof.
Let these kids move on into apprenticeships, higher ed, internships, and/or college.

The best physics professor I had in college did not have his doctorate. He was also the head of the department and was voted Best Professor every other year. You could only get it every other year.
I don’t think the Fed Gov’t employs any HIB Indian trash. I could be wrong—but I know all our contractors/call centers are instead hired from sort of “needy” areas (could use employment) of the country such as rural Iowa, rural NY, and rural TX.
Although not Federal, H1B trash do work in state governments, local governments, the TVA. And I”m guessing Congressional employees are Federal government employees. Not Indian, but remember the Pakistani H1B trash that ran the congressional network.
