The Medical Center released the most aggressive COVID model to date, showing base ICU base capacity full by Saturday, and surge capacity exhausted by July 8 if current rates of hospitalization persist.
A TMC model also predicts ICU surge capacity — extra, temporary beds and equipment used in emergencies — could be exceeded as soon as July 6 if the steep rate of new COVID hospitalizations continues, the most aggressive modeling to date.
Eleven leaders of the system’s member hospitals and medical schools said in a joint statement that COVID-related admissions were increasing at an “alarming rate,” stretching the capacity of ICU units. Texas Children’s Hospital this week began admitting adult patients to handle the surge.
“If this trend continues, our hospital system capacity will become overwhelmed, leading us to make difficult choices of delaying much-needed non-COVID care to accommodate a greater number of COVID patients,” the group wrote.

Yep. Like Dr Zelenko has said, and proven, given this (proper) protocol, within 5 days of symptoms, has cured hundreds of his patients, and prevented hospitalizations and vents.
Dr Fauxchi/left would have none of this inexpensive treatment.

I’ve been doing what I can to get exposure to sun for a couple of hours on the weekends (added bonus of fresh, not stale, air). Only been getting that for about a month now.
I heard it on KTRH 740. It is an iHeart station on their app, so you can listen to local Houston news wherever you are.
I wonder how many people with the new diagnoses have been have been crammed in the streets, marching, yelling, spitting and spreading the virus.
In New York, tracers can’t ask and no one else seems to be asking either.
Who are the people being hospitalized? What are the demographics?
The medical section of Houston is a gigantic portion of town just a few blocks from the Astrodome/NRG Stadium complex.
