Lawless protesters are just leaving themselves open for lawless counter-protesters.
I suspect you do not understand the process. You expect the rule of law, or fairness, or, at least, reciprocity.
The Left does not respect any of that.
They will use the law against you, and not against their favorites.
Counter-protestors will be dealt with severely.

You can beat up those who want to retain the rule of law and the Constitutional order.
