One other part of this story on the noose. If you went to most folks who did the rope for the garage door....they do a pretty simple loop or two...something that a 8-year kid would do.
To do an actual noose knot...it takes some practice and knowledge. I would imagine out of 10,000 people...fewer than ten might be capable of making one, and most of them were Boy Scouts at some point.
