Makes me think of that scene in Schindler's List, when the Jewish architect is shot after telling Goeth that the structure was going to collapse, and it had to be torn down, then Goeth orders them to do what she said.
I do not doubt your word as I am well aware of some of the substandard products coming from China. But I would be very interested hearing what brought you to the conclusion that this dam is in the first stages of collapse. I have seen some pictures showing some possible bulging, not sure if true or not. Also read some statements that there is no solid connection between the dam itself and the ground underneath ? Would be nice o hear your opinion !
