Here’s a novel idea: Just remove all CCP Virus-related regulations and let the virus do its thing. Then there won’t be a new surge in the fall - it will have played out as herd immunity takes over.

Sure. Who needs all those old people anyway?
Should only kill about a half to three quarters of a million Americans, most of them older and Republican. Probably a really good strategy if one is intent on ensuring President Trump loses in a massive landslide.
Me? I’m thinking effective management of the spread combined with the President’s vaccine initiative (Operation Warp Speed) is a better plan. If a safe and effective vaccine can be announced before the election (even if roll-out takes a little longer), the public will (rightly) view the President as a hero whose leadership saved many, many lives.
