Okay the Governor cannot make laws. He is not a Dictator.
The Legislative body does it and he can sign it or not.
There is no law on the books.

A few local sheriffs came out today to say they won’t enforce this edict.
I was out today at a couple of retail places and found most folks wearing masks. A week ago it was about 1 in 4 wearing them.
