Yes he could. Let's just game that out for a moment.

DOJ released this Strzok memo today with a purpose IMHO. Clearly it's a signal to the Judge that there's more where that came from. And if he wants to play games they'll just drip-drip-drip what they have making him look increasingly stupid in the process.

Or Flynn could go back on Rush's show and violate his gag order by telling all. Judge Sullivan could cite him for contempt over a case he's been ordered to drop. That seems to be on thin ice to begin with. But if he chooses to go down that road Trump can just pardon Flynn for the contempt anyway, and he would have achieved nothing.

Judge Sullivan is being shown in pretty stark terms that his best move at this stage is just to dismiss the case and extricate himself from this.

It makes no logical sense for Sullivan to continue to make a fool of himself.

But many leftists have no shame, and appear to be both fanatical and crazy.
