Flynn cuts = summaries NOT transcripts of multiple calls, but note well that NSA (Rogers) and “Other countries” had the raw recordings and, of course, their own cuts (summaries). The NSA source was left by Grenell for Ratcliffe to make an actual transcript. The key Kislyak TO Flynn call was when Flynn was in the Dominican Republic. Kislyak called Flynn! — when Flynn happened to be out of the country and subject to Five Eyes.
