Why on earth would so much time and effort be put into something so obviously a hoax? There have been dozens of “noose” hoaxes over the last several years and no one is ever punished for filing false police reports or even shamed over their attention-getting stunt.
Back in the 1990s Clinton sent a dozen FBI agents to investigate a Confederate flag put on top of a radio station in Mississippi. Their “investigation” lasted over a week and they concluded that it was an “inside job”, but they didn’t figure out who the culpret was.
I don’t believe it was a hoax. I saw photos of Bubba’s garage and adjoining garages. They all had this “noose” hanging from the inside door handle. When you raise the door up and it’s near the ceiling, for some people the handle is out of reach. Hence a handy “noose” hanging down for convenience. Duh!
