Supposedly Wallace didn’t even see the “noose” but used it to whip up sympathy and publicity for himself. He should immediately be kicked out of NASCAR for being part of a hoax. He should also be charged with a “hate crime” along with those of his team who were involved in this hate fueled hoax.
