Federal charges, meaning no parole and sentence will be served in a Federal prison. A few months off for good behavior, maybe, but that’s about it.
I think i recall a photo of this guy looking like a dressed up smug soyboy. He’ll be widely shared among the general prison population. Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy.
This is great news. Those is a serious collection of charges, too: two counts of taking restricted personal information and making it public, one count computer fraud, one count witness tampering and one count obstruction of justice.

Federal records show Deborah Cosko donated $250 to Hillary Clinton both in 2015 and 2008. Jacksons father, Greg Cosko, donated $2,500 to Feinstein in 2012.
Greg Cosko is listed as president and CEO of a company called Hathaway Dinwiddie. That company has been involved in the building of some major projects.
On LinkedIn, Jackson Cosko also indicated that he worked as a server for a restaurant from December 2015 through 2016.
In addition, from July 2015 through November 2015, he wrote that he was a lead field organizer for Generation Forward Pac in Des Moines, Iowa.
